OUR STORY
A Few Good Women was founded on the notion that meaningful progress in diversifying the playing field in the film, television and new media industry, starts at the top.
We believe that fair and equal opportunity for the most authentic, diverse storytelling starts with executive and senior leadership that has real authority in green-lighting and financing premium projects. The core of A Few Good Women is a prime example of diversity and inclusion at its best in both creative and business senses. What is better than one good woman? Well, our answer would be, A Few.
II
OUR VISION
Our vision is to build the production house that we’ve always wanted to be a part of — creating, financing and producing dynamic stories from all walks of life, across all genres and formats, allowing space for premium content like no other.
Diversity in Leadership lends its natural talents and abilities to elevate this reach. We aim to partner with those like-minded filmmakers, producers, and distributors to preserve the creative with the appropriate resources and financing to match and the talent to get it done.
Last but not least, our vision includes the intentional and meaningful training, development, and mentorship of future diverse leaders.

LEADERSHIP
MICHELLE SNEED
FOUNDER & CEO
Michelle Sneed is a veteran television and film industry executive with over 17 years of experience spanning the scripted and unscripted entertainment arenas.
Known for her revered leadership skills and as a decisive team player – striking the balance between creative and production throughout all phases of content development, execution and exhibition, Michelle decided to take her talents, experience and passion to start her latest endeavor: A Few Good Women Productions, where she and the dynamic women around her are asking the question “Why do big studios get to have all the fun?” This boutique studio and production company operates under a hybrid traditional motion picture studio model combined with the foundation of a production company. It is founded on the notion that it is crucial to create vehicles for fair, equal, and meaningful opportunity for diverse creatives, both in front of and behind the camera, starting in the equitable and executive-level roles — because the Company believes that true opportunity for diverse storytelling and ownership starts at the top. The power to greenlight and underwrite these projects with high-integrity deal-making is essential to the future and standing of diverse executives, producers and storytellers.
