Orders are sent by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers and a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available to sign for the order a card will be left so you can call to arrange re-delivery. Items that are in stock are usually sent out the next day after ordering, bespoke products that are made to order take approximately 7-10 days to manufacture depending on how busy we are - it's often much quicker than this.
You may return products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. Bespoke products which have been personalised or otherwise made specifically for you may not be returned unless they are faulty. Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:

Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.
